Mizan Meals was built to solve a simple problem: most meal plans in the region lock you into a single kitchen. After a few weeks, the meals get repetitive, the variety runs out, and customers fall off their plan.

We took a different approach. Instead of opening another kitchen, we partnered with the best healthy-food restaurants already operating in Qatar—and built one app where you can pull meals from any of them, all under a single subscription.

The name Mizan comes from the Arabic word for balance. That's the philosophy behind everything we do—balanced macros, balanced variety, and balance between health goals and the joy of eating.
